Melt | Sensual & Restorative Bed Yoga ~ Lingerie Edition

Sensual Restorative Bed Yoga is a gentle and relaxing style of Sensual Yoga that focuses on full body relaxation and stress relief through a series of supported poses. It involves the use of props such as blankets and pillows to help the sensual body fully relax into each pose, allowing for a deeper release of tension and a sense of ease. Curated with sensual feminine energy in mind, Melt is a safe, welcoming, and beginner-friendly space intended to invite stillness, regulate the nervous system, and re-align your mind, body, sexual ( creative ) energy, and spirit. 

Within this experience Desire' will guide you through a number of supported asanas ( poses ), invite introspection through prompts, and hold safe space as your journey back home to your sensual body.

New to yoga? No worries! This is a great place to start. Restorative Yoga is perfect for anyBODY at any movement level. 

What you will need :

• A computer and/or tablet.
• A bed, extra pillows, and a blanket. 
• Eye pillow. ( If you don't have one, a scarf, a small towel or blanket will work. ) 
• A journal. 
• Mood adjusters: candles, essential oil, smudging tools, incense, plant medicine ( if you indulge ;)), and/or an adult beverage. 
• ( If you feel called-to ) Your favorite crystals and/or Yoni Egg. 

What to wear :

• This is the lingerie edition so, slide into your favorite piece of lingerie!
