Sheer // A Yoni Yoga Experience

What is Sheer?

Sheer, A Yoni Yoga Experience is a sensual and soulful twist on traditional restorative and yin yoga styles. Curated by sensual movement instructor and yoni egg practitioner Desire`, this experience is intended to expand feminine awareness, safely shift energy in/around the hips and promote healthy yoni connection.

What to expect?

In the first half of Sheer, Desire` will be providing information and answering all questions regarding yoni eggs, safe practices, self-loving rituals, embodiment and more!

In the second half of Sheer you will be gently guided into the body utilizing yin yoga poses, gentle flow movement sequences and meditative movement prompts. This movement experience is comprised of physical poses ( asanas ) that focus on hip and heart opening, combined with pelvic floor exercises and breath work.

*This experience is perfect for any Goddess at any movement level!

*Although you will get a deeper physical and metaphysical experience with a yoni egg, Sheer can be experienced without one.

Come move, breathe and have space held for you as you cultivate a loving relationship with your sacred space.

What to wear and bring?

** Wear whatever allows you to move and ultimately makes you feel comfortable.

** BYOM - Bring Your Own Yoga Mat

** Yoni Egg use is optional. ( There will be GIA Certified Yoni Eggs available for purchase. )
