Sheer | Yoni Egg & Sensual Movement Workshop

Taking the focus inward... “Sheer” is a Yoni egg infused sensual movement experience with Desire' of Sugar + Sage. Sheer is the perfect experience for all who want to learn how to curate a personal Yoni egg practice ritual that can be explored anywhere, anytime. 

In this experience we infuse yin yoga styles, hip and heart openers, pelvic floor exercises, breath-work, open-floor discussions and womb-loving meditation practices. 

The first part of this experience will be dedicated to learning about the Yoni egg and its associated practices. This will include a Q+A session, and the opportunity to purchase your own GIA certified crystal Yoni egg to use for the second movement part of the experience.
